Day-care is designed to tire your dog out & give them lots of socialization with different types of breeds whilst you’re tending to your every day needs. Let us take care of your pet with our loving & caring hands.
Grooming
Did somebody say grooming? Yes! this is another great service we offer all done by our fantastic fully-qualified City & Guilds trained in house team.

We take care of your best friend
First step – Contact us & we can have a chat about you & your pet.
Second step – We will arrange for you to drop your dog off for an initiation to make sure that he or she is eligible to attend the centre and of course its right for them too.
Third step – If you’ve liked what you see and all is well with us, we will ask you to fill in the application form and sign the terms and conditions which will form the contract. With just your e-mail address, we will set up your very own online portal though our booking system giving you total control over your dogs requirements. You will be able to book your pet into the centre for daycare, grooming, update their records and lots lots more.
Fourth step – Drop your fur baby off knowing he or she is in the best possible care and most of all…………… having fun!!

Meet our Team
Georgia
Centre ManagerGeorgia is our Centre Manager and head of our Grooming Team. She completed her Level 2 Dog Grooming Diploma in 2016 along with Canine and Human First Aid. Since she has completed her Level 3 Professional Daycare and Boarding course. Georgia’s passion has always been in animals, growing up with numerous pooches; Alfie her first gorgeous Boxer, Buster & Buddy her Yorkshire Terriers who play lovely grooming models, Ralph the loony Boxer she has the pleasure of loving every day and now the latest addition is Barney The Bulldog, not forgetting her beloved pony Bailey. After school Georgia attended Myerscough College; here she studied Level 3 Equine Management and Animal Care where her passion for animals flourished. Making the perfect team; Georgia, her Mum and Step-dad decided to open the family business in loving memory of Alfie “The Wise Dog-Father” who they sadly lost in 2016. Doggy’s Dolittle has now been open for 5 amazing years and counting! It brings joy to our lives every day with the BEST team and most precious fur babies. HERE’S TOO MANY MORE YEARS TO COME….
Heather
Assistant ManagerHeather has recently been promoted to join Georgia helping in the day to day running of the centre. Our social media guru, when not taking hundrreds of 'pawsome' pics of your pooches, she is a very experienced daycare assistant. Qualified in canine first aid, she is always ready to lend a hand where needed. Heather began her career with us in early 2019 after working as a hairdresser for 4 years. She started a Saturday job in a salon at the age of 14 and worked her way up to become a qualified Level 3 Hair Stylist, but then she found her calling in the dog world at Doggy’s Dolittle. We don’t know who loves the daycare more, the dogs or Heather! She loves to entertain them throughout the day playing different games and always manages to get them perfect action shots to show their pawents how much fun they have during their visits to us!! To add to Heather’s gleaming resume, she is our cleaning fairy, she has a not so secret obsession with any cleaning product and technique! We even have to build into the rota a ‘cleaning slot’ just to satisfy her obsession!!!
Sam
Daycare AssistantSam is our longest serving Daycare Assistant who started on day one with Georgia and our “Taxi Driver”. She has the pleasure of collecting our pooches for school and returning them home after a long day of playing. Sam worked for the directors in their other business for over 8 years before taking a career change into the crazy world of dogs! She has a Level 2 Diploma in Dog Behaviour and K9 First Aid. She took some time during lockdown to enhance her skills and studied a diploma in Psychology, Grooming, Nutrition & Dog Sitting. Sam’s life revolves around her Harvey; her 8 year old beautiful Boxer dog. She loves spending her spare time taking him on long walks and teaching him new tricks. Sam is an all-rounder in Doggy’s Dolittle, always helping where she can whether that’s with paperwork, cleaning and even in the grooming department – assisting Georgia and Tom with the more challenging breeds, keeping them entertained whilst they work their magic with the scissors.
Tom
Daycare AssistantTom is one of our Daycare Assistants and works alongside Georgia as a Trainee Dog Groomer. He has high hopes to soon complete his qualifications to become a qualified Professional Dog Groomer. He has worked with us since early 2019 after studying a Level 3 Diploma in Equine Management and Animal Care at college. Tom’s previous jobs have been in kennels and on equine yards so there is no doubting his experience in this industry. His love for animals does not stop with dogs as he has had horses his whole life, he spends his weekends participating (and winning-of course) in horse shows all over the country. Tom comes from a family of horse riders and dog breeders, so I suppose you can say his passion for animals is part of his genetics! After spending every day giving all his love to our Doggy’s Dolittle pooches, Tom decided to treat himself to his very own little Border Collie; Jess, who loves coming to work just as much as he does!

My little Chihuahua Rocco has just started the creche and its brilliant, couldn’t recommend this place enough, all the girls are lovely and I feel at ease knowing he’s in good hand with them.. Well my little 7 month old beagle Ralph has just had hes first two days at Doggy’s Dolittle. He has absolutely loved it. He was absolutely shattered both days he came home. Showing me that he hasn’t stopped as he usually has so much energy and never sits still!
This is absolutely perfect for him and I can’t recommend it enough. Brilliant for when I’m at work.

Doggys Dolittles is amazing. We send our baby girl daisy there who is nearly 6 months and she loves it. She has So much more confidence with other dogs and she gets so excited in the morning. When we say going to school. She’s all excited and raring to go. All the staff are brilliant. Friendly. And put you at ease. And daisy is exhausted when she gets home. My mum took her pair of Patterdale terriers to Georgia the groomer last week and we are honestly so impressed! The dogs have never been clipped before and one has some behaviour and sensory issues and needs a muzzle so we expected the worst and yet they came out looking absolutely wonderful and she was even able to remove the muzzle and relax Zebbie to let her clip his face! Amazing place, would not hesitate to send my little pooch Toby there, he loves it and always comes back absolutely wiped out with all the activities the staff do with him. We have also had him groomed there four times and the service is outstanding and great value, Georgia is lovely and really looks after our little one. Can not highly recommend this place any more. Nanook as been going to doggy’s Doolittle’s from when it first opened he absolutely loves it meeting all his friends & making new friends loves the peanut butter search & treats ect the staff are fantastic and always look after the dogs needs in there care sometimes I think he would love to stay there all the time rather than come home lol.Elaine (Google)
